I instantly jazzed up a basic pair of hoop earrings with some beads. The hoops cost me a dollar and these beads came 12 in a pack and were marked down to about $2. You can find basic hoops for low prices at beauty supply stores and bead shops and beads at various bead shops or crafting shops (like Michaels or Hobby Lobby to name a couple). The possibilities with this project are endless. Have fun with it!
